With the exception of personalised gifts, we endeavor to hold all items featured for sale in stock.  If we are unable to deliver your item promptly, we will inform you asap of the expected delivery date.   If this does not suit you, we will immediately process a full refund to your card.

All orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched by courier that same day for delivery within the next 24-48 hours.  Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery within 2-3days. While we adhere to this policy, we cannot be liable for delays in especially busy periods such as Christmas.

All personalised gifts will take 2-3 weeks.

Gift Wrap

A gift wrap service is available online.  Just request it at the checkout if so desired.  Only smaller items can be gift wrapped.

With a gift bag, your item will be wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a ribbon (which says 'with love').  Items are packed in a Little Ones personalised Gift Bag, together with a swing gift tag for any personal message. 

Hampers will include prodcuts of your choice.  They are placed in a Hamper, sitting on Rafia then sealed with celophane wrap and finished off with an elaborate bow. Perfect for gifts from work organisations.
