Great care has been taken to ensure a true representation of each of the items featured. However, as many items are individually made, slight variations in colour may occur.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Our online shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Laser Cards. You may also place an order by ringing us on 065 6849729, where cheque payments will be accepted. However, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared in full.
Discounts for Schools and Pre-Schools
School organisations placing an order on our site will receive a discount on their total order value for items which are pertinent to a school environment. This discount does not apply to personal gifts, mother and baby, personalised or christening gifts.
Our discount is applicable on orders over €75. We offer discounts of either 5%, 7.5% or a maximum of 10%. The discount you will receive is dependent upon the value of the order. You must provide us with your school name, email, registration number and delivery address.
Please note that only 1 offer or promotion is allowed at any one time. The school discount will not be honoured on goods which are already discounted.
Please allow at least 3 weeks for delivery on specially commissioned items.
If the products are damaged during transit then we will replace them free of charge once the original has been returned to us. In this instance, you will also receive a full refund on any postage costs you incured. Please note - should items be lost in the post on return to us, we are not liable for replacements. We recommend you send by registered mail to ensure guaranteed return. If the item is too big to send by post, contact us and we will have a courier collect it from you - it couldn't be easier!
Any shortages in your delivery must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your parcel. Please ensure you check your delivery once it arrives.
On commissioned bespoke pieces, once an order has been confirmed we regret we are unable to accept a cancellation. However, we will accept cancellations on our stock lines at any time prior to dispatch.
You may return any product ordered within 28 days of receipt and, providing the item is in a re-salable condition, we will offer an alternative or a refund. Once again, this does not include commissioned items where we are unable to offer a refund.
Refunds will be given in accordance with the method of payment and will be less the original shipping charge of €5. Please note that we do not pay for the cost of return under this guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
'This Week's Offers'
On a weekly basis, we will upload offers under the banner 'This Weeks Offers'. Reductions made on goods under these offers cannot be applied to past or future orders.
A gift wrap service is available online. Please request it at the checkout if so desired. Please note, only smaller items can be gift wrapped.
With a gift bag, your item will be wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a ribbon (which says 'with love'). Items are packed in a Little Ones Personalised Gift Bag, together with a swing gift tag for any personal message.
Hampers will include products of your choice. They are placed in a Hamper, sitting on Rafia then sealed with celophane wrap and finished off with an elaborate bow. Perfect for gifts from work organisations.
