RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Great care has been taken to ensure a true representation of each of the items featured online. However, as many items are individually made, slight variations in colour may occur.
Please ensure you check your delivery once it arrives as any shortages must be notified on receipt of your parcel.
We are happy to refund/exchange any unused merchandise returned within 28 days of purchase upon production of your receipt, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note, this does not include commissioned bespoke pieces (personalised gifts), where we are unable to offer a refund.
We will accept cancellations on our stock lines at any time prior to dispatch. However, on commissioned bespoke pieces (personalised gifts), once an order has been confirmed we regret we are unable to accept a cancellation.
Refunds will be given in accordance with the method of payment and will be less the original shipping charge. Please note that we do not pay for the cost of return under this guarantee.
We will regularly advertise special offers, sale goods and promotional products. Reductions made on goods under these offers cannot be applied to past or future orders.
Please allow 3 weeks for delivery on specially commissioned items. Once an order has been confirmed for a personalised gift, we regret we are unable to accept a cancellation.
If products are damaged during transit then we will replace them free of charge once the original has been returned to us. In this instance, you will also receive a full refund on any postage costs you incurred for the return of same. Please note - should items be lost in the post on return to us, we are not liable for replacements. We strongly recommend you send by registered mail or courier to ensure guaranteed return.
